Wheel wash installations        Always clean on the road !

When trucks leave dirty grounds they usually leave a track of filthiness behind, which is not only unwanted and not safe for the other road users, but also causes serious environmental pollution.

In accordance with the legislation in force, DiBO provides the mobile wheel washer.

• The DiBO MOBIEL can be put on every flat subsoil without complicated digging. It is transportable at all times and can be folded up very simply.
  The dirty trucks keep on driving during spraying and it is also suitable for irregular vehicle lengths. 
  A standstill shall never occur because of a wrong movement of the driver. 
  The  DiBO MOBIEL can also clean DUMPERS.
  There are hardly no moving parts at the DiBO MOBIEL.
  

• Loaded trucks with appr. +/- 50 ton drive through the mobile washing installation.
  While driving very slowly, the tyres and the underside of the vehicle are hosed off thoroughly with water. 
  
  The DiBO MOBIEL works full-automatically, so operators are not necessary.
  
  The dirty water is filtered and will be re-used.

• Description
  
  Two 6 metre long cleaning arms are to be installed lengthwise at the underside of the vehicle.
  The oscillating cleaning arms cause a double cleaning effect together with the mounted flat and spot jet nozzles.
  
  The sides of the vehicles are cleaned with two 6 metre long cleaning arms, installed on each side.
  In addition, flat and spot jet nozzles have been mounted in order to increase the cleaning effect.
  
• Command
  
  When driving up the long plates the truck passes the cam switch that will start the washing installation without the driver to be obliged to leave his truck.
  
  When the wheel axle leaves the installation, it will stop automatically by means of adjustable timer switches.
  
• Water recycling
  
  The DiBO MOBIEL is installed with a big sludge container (20 m³), which is put next to the wheel axle.
  This container can also be put in the ground, which gives a natural discharge.
  
  The dirt shall be drained off by rinse pumps, hosing off he wash platform automatically.
  
  If the recycling container is placed aboveground, DiBO shall install a slubbing drain with slubber pump, which transports the waste water to the  recycling container aboveground.
